Commitment Made by Company:
- Hustle Corporate Climb Team Commitment Form: must be
received by October 28, 2011 to reserve spots in the
event
- Hustle Corporate Climb Team Fee: a charitable
contribution of $2,500, which must be received by
November 11, 2011 in order to reserve spots in the event
- Team Member Entry Fees: entry fees of $140 per person
(total of $1,400 for ten people) are payable in advance
or at the time of registration
Team member registration information and entry fees must
be received by Friday, November 11, 2011. (Unfilled
spots will be forfeited without refund. Entry fees can
be paid by the business or by each participant as
determined by the company. Spaces are limited.)
