Commitment Made by Company:
  • Hustle Corporate Climb Team Commitment Form: must be received before Team Captain registers.
  • Hustle Corporate Climb Team Fee: a charitable contribution of $2,500, which must be received by November 30, 2013 in order to reserve spots in the event
  • Team Member Entry Fees: entry fees for 10 people are payable in advance or at the time of registration

Team member registration information and entry fees must be received no later than December 1, 2013. (Unfilled spots will be forfeited without refund. Entry fees can be paid by the business or by each participant as determined by the company. Spaces are limited.)
