In effort to improve your overall event experience and to reduce (finish line) crowd congestion and elevator wait times atop John Hancock Observatory, we have extended the overall full climb time by an additional hour. We also reduced slightly the number of climbers and, with the aid our host building partner, we will reconfigure the elevator queue lines.

This year, Hustle Guest Passes may be pre-purchased from JHO website. Please note, however, admission will be subject to availability and capacity controls on Feb. 24. It is suggested guests to arrive to John Hancock Observatory 30 minutes prior to your climber's expected finish time. Guest Passes may be purchased on event day but admission to John Hancock Observatory will be subject to availability and capacity. Price is $17.50.

As indicated on John Hancock Observatory website:
ALL TICKETS are nonrefundable, nontransferable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. ID will be required upon entry for all tickets that have special restrictions and right of entry will be strictly at the sole discretion of John Hancock Observatory. Capacity maybe restricted and subject to availability. John Hancock Observatory will not issue refunds for low visibility and/or circumstances outside its control.
