Lung Health Champions FAQ's

What is a Lung Health Champion?  A Lung Health Champion is part of a group of climbers who have committed and guaranteed to fundraise $1,000/person to support the Hustle Up the Hancock and Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago. The deadline to fundraise $1,000 is Friday, March 16, 2012.

Why should I be a Lung Health Champion?
To help Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago raise $1.1 million. These funds support our mission to promote healthy lungs and fight lung disease through research, education and advocacy. 
Lung Health Champions also receive exclusive benefits for their commitment and are supported by a Personal Fundraising Coach to assist with their fundraising campaign.

Who can sign up to be a Lung Health Champion?
Anyone can be a Lung Health Champion - all you have to do is sign up. There is a limited number of Lung Health Champion spots so don't delay, sign up today!

Can I start or be on a team if I am a Lung Health Champion?
Yes, Lung Health Champions can be an individual climber, a team captain or a team member. Multiple people on one team can be Lung Health Champions. Just follow the registration steps to register as a team captain, team member or individual. 


What happens if I don't meet my fundraising obligation by the deadline?
As a Lung Health Champion, you have committed and guaranteed to fundraise $1,000 by March 16, 2012. If you don't meet the $1,000 commitment, you will be responsible for paying the balance due. However, with your personal fundraising coach available to help you with your campaign, we know you can reach your goal!
